Book a 30-minute consultation through the site. We follow up with an on-site walkthrough, discuss finishes and scope, prepare samples where useful, and deliver a detailed written proposal — typically within a week of the walkthrough.

Floors are fully covered with kraft paper and painter's tape. Furniture is moved, wrapped, or protected in place. HVAC returns are masked to control dust. Our crew arrives in branded whites and treats every home like a jewelry box.

A single-room refinish can be a few days; a whole-house repaint runs two to four weeks; a full estate with specialty finishes and exteriors can run several months. We provide a written schedule with your proposal and update it weekly.

We specify premium architectural coatings — Benjamin Moore Aura and Regal Select, Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Duration, Fine Paints of Europe, and specialty plasters and mineral paints from European houses. Product choice is matched to the surface, exposure, and desired sheen.

Yes. Interior work carries a multi-year workmanship warranty and exterior work is warrantied against peeling and adhesion failure per the coating system specified. Details are included in every proposal.

Every home is different, so pricing is always based on the specific scope, condition, and finish level. As a reference, luxury interior repaints in our market typically start in the mid five figures and specialty-finish estates can run well beyond that.

Yes. A signed proposal and a deposit reserve your slot on the calendar. Progress payments follow the schedule outlined in your proposal, with a final payment upon your walk-through approval.

Absolutely. Bring a swatch, a photo, a fabric, or a wall you love — we'll prepare on-site samples in the actual light of your rooms before we commit to the finish.

Yes. Ultra Finish Premium Services, LLC is fully licensed and carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates are provided to your builder, property manager, or HOA on request.
